Happy Monday Everybody, I hope you had a wonderful Easter Holiday! We had a great 3 day weekend. Baseball games, celebrating our anniversary, bluebonnet pictures and lots of fun time with the family.
Here is our menu for the week:
Monday: Brisket and all the fixin’s I got my hubby a fancy smoker for our anniversary He smoked a 12 pound brisket all day Sunday, so we are going to have brisket coming out our ears…
Tuesday: Beef and Cheese Quesadillas
Wednesday: Kids and I will eat out in between our activities
Thursday: Chopped barbecue brisket sandwiches
Friday: Bean and Cheese Burittos
Saturday: Easy Fried Rice w/ Chicken
Sunday: Chicken and Broccoli Pie
