I hope everyone had a great weekend! We’ve been keeping busy around here with all our summer activities. It’s definitely summer now, our temps are going to reach 100 this week, so I am trying to stay away from my oven as much as I can.
Here is our menu for the week:
Monday: Taco Salad with Fritos
Tuesday: Penne alla Vodka
Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner (Scrambled eggs with sausage crumbles and toast.)
Thursday: Chicken Bruschetta Skillet
Friday: Leaving this night open. Would be nice to get a little Caesars $5 pizza or maybe to to Jason’s Deli
Saturday: Red Beans and Rice (Made this one last week too, it was really good and I will use up the rest of my sausage…)
Sunday: Empanadas (A slightly different version of my Mini Meat Pies.)
