My Top Recipes for 2011

I enjoyed going back and looking at all my sewing projects so much yesterday, that I thought I would do another top ten list for my most popular recipes. Here they are, starting with my most popular recipe post:

#1. Easy, No-Bake Mini Cheesecake Bites.  With over 3200 page views, this is by far my most popular recipe, with most of the traffic coming from Pinterest.  The funny thing is, I pretty much made this up on a whim.  I had a craving for cheesecake but baking a real cheesecake was way too much trouble.  I knew I had fillo shells, cream cheese and strawberries in the fridge.  Next thing you know…  Walla!  The bonus is that they are less than 45 calories per bite.

#2. Homemade Pizza Sauce Recipe with Canning instructions.  This was my first attempt at canning, turns out, it’s pretty easy.

#3. Meatloaf Muffins:

#6.  Mom’s Taco Salad w/ Fritos

#7.  Creamy Ham and Potato Casserole.  This recipe is creamy, comforting, perfect for a cold night.  The best part is that it is diet friendly!  (I think I will be adding it to the menu next week, great way to use up the Christmas Ham leftovers…)

#8.  Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies.

#9.  Easy Tex-Mex Bake – Lightened Up.  Another Low-Cal recipe…

#10.   How to Make Raspberry Sorbet.  I think this may be one of my favorite posts, mainly because of the video that we made for it.  (Not to mention that the raspberry sorbet was delish!)  I can watch it over and over…

@ Jacqueline: I have never had marscapone, I had to look it up. It sounds delicious. I have used ricotta in desserts before, (back when low carb diets were popular) I am sure it would be good too. Thanks for stopping by!

I wonder if you could substitute marscapone for the cream cheese? Or even a good ricotta? I just noticed you were sweet enough to stop by The Organic Blonde too so I want to say thanks but I am printing off your cheesecake recipe as we speak!
