Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies (with sprinkles!)

The kids and I decided to make Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies for our What’s Cookin’ Wednesday last week.  I wouldn’t call the recipe we used “a keeper”, but the kids liked the cookies and everyone had fun, so I would call that a success!

I’ve made cake mix cookies before, and they turned out great.  I didn’t hang on to the recipe I used, so I randomly pulled this one off the internet.  I think it just had too much liquid…
Does anyone have a tried and true cake mix cookie recipe to share?

Here is a recipe that works like a charm!
1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs
1 stick of butter
Mix everything up.  Roll about 2 tablespoons of the cookie dough into balls and flatten them slightly.  Cook at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Have you seen these eggs?

Mom make her special no cook ice cream for the kids. I have always been too paranoid to let them have anything with raw eggs in it… I found these at our local HEB plus. I checked Walmart today, but they still don’t carry them.
