I have a simple and refreshing cocktail recipe for you today: A Brazilian Lime cocktail (or Caipirosca/Caipiroska- I’ve seen it spelled both ways and I’m not sure which is correct.) The traditional form of this cocktail is made with a special liquor produced in Brazil called Cachaça, but this version made with vodka is pretty darn good. 🙂

Caipirosca – Brazilian Lime cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 lime cut in to 6 wedges
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (plus extra for the cup rim if desired)

- ice (crushed ice works best)
Directions:
Enjoy! If you like it, don’t forget to pin it!

sounds good – I LOVE Caipirinhas (with fresh sugar cane) so this is a nice substitute if you don't have cachaca.
