And when it comes to summer get-togethers, I definitely like to keep everything EASY and stress-free, including all the meals!
One of our go-to favorite party and camping dinner ideas is Walking Tacos.
Ingredients Needed to Make these Easy Walking Tacos
- Snack size bags of your favorite Corn Chips (we like fritos for this recipe)
- Chili
- Cheese
- Onions
- Sour Cream
- Any other toppings you love, like jalapenos or cilantro
How to Make Walking Tacos:
Walking Tacos are so easy to make!
You just cut open a snack-size bag of your favorite corn chips, add your favorite toppings and a spoon and you have an oh-so-yummy dinner that everyone will love. (My no bean chili recipe is great for this – if you want a finer consistency, just use your immersion blender after the chili is prepared.)
The best part about this recipe? Other that those salty, yummy corn chips covered with chili and cheese?
Hardly any cleanup!

Instructions
- Heat up Chili.
- Turn chip bag sideways and cut off about 1/2 inch of the bag.
- Top chips with chili, cheese and whatever toppings you like.
- Add a spoon and dig in!
