Happy Memorial Day everyone! We have had a great weekend, I hope you did too.
This time of year is just plain ‘ole busy! I did a couple of craft projects this week, a no sew table runner, no sew pillowcase dress for my daughter and a couple of last minute teacher gifts.
This is the last week of school for us, we are all excited… My daughter’s MDO has been done for a few weeks and our Nana and Papa are taking her with them for the week, so we should have a very easy and peaceful week. Here is the menu:
Monday: Leftovers. We still have a ton of chicken and sausage left over from our family gathering on Saturday. We will have one more round of leftovers and then I am going to freeze the leftover meat.
Tuesday. Salad for Mom and Dad and Quesadillas for my son.
Wednesday: Barbecue Chicken Pizza
Thursday: Peanut Sesame Noodles
Friday: Go out to celebrate last day of school
Saturday: Boca Burgers
Sunday: Crockpot Chicken Teriyaki

I pinned your Crockpot Chicken Teriyaki. It looks yummy. I'm hoping we can have it next week if I can figure out where they sell corn starch here in China.
The barbecue chicken pizza looks very yummy!
