My little guys are back to school on Monday and it is a big day for everyone, Mom included. This year my son begins 2nd grade and my baby girl is off to Kindergarten.
I have been strategizing my drop off plan for the morning. I’ve decided to take my daughter to her kindergarten class first, in hopes that by keeping my son with me, he will give me something else to concentrate on and I will be able to keep any tears from slipping out!
Anyway, we have a few activities this week that will keep us busy, so I am keeping my menu easy.
Monday: Quesadillas and Salad
Tuesday: Leftovers from Sunday
Wednesday: I won’t be home so I will let the hubby bring home a $5 pizza from Little Caesars
Thursday: Peanut Sesame Noodles w/ chicken and snap peas
Friday: Chicken Bruscetta Skillet
Saturday: Breakfast for Dinner (egg and sausage taquitos)
