Menu Plan Monday – 8/6/12

We are going out of town for a few days this week, so I am only having to worry about cooking for on a couple of days. Hubby has to stay and work, but I have filled the fridge with deli meat and sandwich rolls plus I’m sure he will eat out with a friend at least once while we are gone…
Here is what I am planning:
Monday: Grilled Burritos
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Port A., Friday we’ll be coming home late so we will probably eat on the road.
Saturday: Hubby plans to take the kids to Fiesta Texas in San Antonio. (I will be staying home!)
Sunday: Barbecue Chicken in the Crock Pot
