Happy New year, 2018 has come to an end!
We’re all a year older and hopefully a year smarter too. (Except for me, I’ve been the same age for several years now, lol!)
When it comes to wrapping up the year, the “top 10” post is one of my favorite activities to do. I love looking back at everything I’ve published throughout the year and reviewing what was successful and what wasn’t. It is always such a surprise.
Many food bloggers cook recipes just for their blog, but I do so many other things on my site, I don’t really consider myself a food blogger. I just like to share recipes that we have enjoyed. So, when it comes to the recipes I post, they’re mostly recipes that I’ve cooked for my family and then, if they’re good enough, I’ll photograph them and share them here.
What that means is, sometimes I have to cook a recipe 2 or 3 times just so I can get photographed! Many times the recipes are so good (or we were just so darn hungry) we couldn’t stop ourselves from eating the food before I could take the picture! So you can always trust that a recipe I’ve shared is something that a majority of other families will enjoy as well.
Here’s a look back at the most popular recipes published on Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom in 2018.
